TOUR 2022-2023
What a piece, concept and realisation – the worlds largest zoetrope, built for Burning Man in San Francisco USA, has traveled in 2x 40ft long containers all the way to Europe. Where I had the pleasure to put it back to together as part of the core crew to Peter Hudson.
With its first stop in Nantes at the Makers Campus – hosted by ‘Les Machine” the wheel went up and running for several weeks before it came to London.
And never possible: without an amazing crew putting it together again . Getting used to working at heights, enjoying the views …
And once it traveled across some more water and to the UK; in London we assembled the piece yet again. And I had also the pleasure maintaining it – utilising my new skill set and iPal license.
A very elaborative set up with amazing sound design, composed and added to the piece by Stephen Dobbie himself.
Sharing this experience in it’s full glory, got somewhat cut short by a few shows: by her majesties passing … oh the irony…
