  • maintaining and creating internal and external relationships
  • training, managing and supervising a Team of Volunteers & Budget. • organising and hosting Signposting events
  • Streamlining procedures and protocol for clients placements (Reviews, Assessments, Coaching etc) and the monitoring and evaluation of outcome.
