What a challenge a whole house to dress in short time and limited budget. A living room in the 1970’s – a couple that just moved in recently… (getting rid of the dreaded white walls ):
With he Kitchen reminiscent of the 80’s, we had to travel back in time. Harvesting doors and alternative dressing to infuse a sense of a dreamy home in the 1970’s.
The Bedroom, in order to fit onto the colour palette: had to be softened too and given a sense of the 60’s: debating wallpaper, taste and budget – we went for painting the wall instead. Fixing the headboard and polishing the silver buttons … it had to look like at the time too .
And of course a little more wallpaper to fit the colourpalette.
